Internal Notion Hub for a Fast-Growing Startup

Designed to streamline operations, support new hires, and keep the whole team aligned.

I built this central Notion hub to organize the inner workings of a growing remote team—from onboarding and HR to team culture and learning resources. The goal was clarity, not clutter. Every section was built with usability in mind, helping new hires get up to speed fast and giving long-time team members an easy place to find exactly what they need. This hub became the team’s go-to for everything behind the scenes.

Investor Update Redesign for Transparency & Growth

A clean, confident format built to inform stakeholders and highlight strategic wins.

I overhauled this investor update to balance clarity with depth—keeping key metrics front and center while giving context that actually matters. The new format breaks out growth highlights, revenue performance, product milestones, and team updates in a way that’s easy to scan but still detailed enough for decision-makers. It’s professional without being stiff, helping founders communicate progress, build trust, and keep investors engaged without the back-and-forth.

Team Page Redesign

Refreshed layout and formatting to help the team feel more approachable and aligned.

This document redesign took a plain, hard-to-skim list of team members and turned it into something visually clean, organized, and easy to engage with. I used consistent formatting, a simple grid layout, and a focus on readability to give the team more presence—whether the doc was being shared internally or externally. The result? A clearer first impression and a more cohesive representation of the people behind the brand.

Brand & Content Buildout for Pediatric Dental Launch

Visual identity, educational printables, and a playful Instagram grid—all designed to build trust and make dental care feel fun for kids and parents.

This project included creating a cohesive visual presence for a new pediatric dental clinic. I developed branded printables (like a toothbrushing tracker), a fun and informative Instagram grid, and copy that communicated a no-tears, kid-first philosophy. The result: an engaging online presence that supports education, encourages healthy habits, and builds early trust with families.

Inbox Overhaul for Faster, Calmer Email Management

Built a color-coded Gmail system to help a busy founder triage, prioritize, and actually clear their inbox.

This inbox went from overwhelm to organized with a custom folder and label system tailored to the client’s workflow. I set up automated filters, created priority flags, and introduced a simple 3-tiered structure: Action Needed, Read Later, and Everything Else. It helped reduce decision fatigue, speed up daily email review, and cut response time in half.

Slack Automations for Weekly Metrics & Customer Feedback

Custom Slack reporting system using integrations to surface exactly what leadership needed—without the noise.

I built a streamlined Slack update system using Make and native integrations to pull key data into weekly and daily reports. Metrics included product upgrades, conversion data, and NPS feedback, all summarized clearly and sent at consistent intervals. The goal: reduce dashboard toggling and help the team make quick, informed decisions without digging through tools.

Free Guide: How to Organize Your Inbox Without Losing Your Mind

A simple, practical system for sorting email chaos—designed for real people with real inboxes.

I created this freebie to help overwhelmed creatives and service providers finally get a handle on their inbox. It walks through how to sort, label, and maintain a functional email flow without overcomplicating things. Designed to be actionable and ADHD-friendly, the guide was paired with a quick-start tutorial and included as a resource for new clients or subscribers looking for immediate relief from inbox overload.

Before: A Site That Didn't Reflect the Energy of the Brand

Cluttered layout, missing info, and a mobile experience that left users lost.

When I first stepped in, Bandoke’s site felt more like a placeholder than a performance-ready platform. Important details like event types, booking info, and song lists were either missing or hard to find. The mobile view was clunky, inconsistent, and frustrating to navigate. It didn’t match the lively, engaging experience the brand delivers in real life—and it definitely wasn’t converting visitors into bookings. It needed structure, clarity, and a big dose of personality.

See the after

A Refreshed Site That Feels as Fun as the Experience

Clear, scrollable, and easy to update—designed to turn browsers into bookings.

I transformed the original placeholder site into a performance-ready platform that reflects the energy and vibe of the brand. Song lists, event info, and booking details are now front and center, with an updated layout that works seamlessly on mobile. I added a favicon, hid duplicate pages, and cleaned up spacing for better readability. The result? A site that’s fun, functional, and ready to help clients say “yes” faster.

Flash-Sale Landing Page for Local VA Offer

A single-page funnel built to test pricing, capture leads, and convert browsers into first-time clients.

To promote a limited 50 % off trial month of Virtual Assistant support, I designed a streamlined landing page that spells out the value—up to ten hours of hands-on help—with bold pricing, clear inclusions, and a simple inquiry form. Extras and deadline cues drive urgency, while a clean hierarchy keeps the copy scannable for busy business owners deciding on the spot.

Moody Web Presence for an Adult Fantasy Novelist

A cinematic design that blends atmospheric imagery with elegant, serif-driven typography.

EM Thorne writes lyrical, shadow-touched stories, so the website needed texture and depth. Large, emotionally charged photography anchors each page, while layered type treatments echo book-cover aesthetics. Interactive galleries showcase novels and bonus content, creating an immersive reader experience that mirrors the author’s themes of magic, monsters, and the ache of becoming.

Fresh, Light & Zesty Restaurant Site

A bright palette, airy whitespace, and quick-glance menu links capture the café’s “fresh flavor” promise.

For this health-forward café, I combined pastel greens and sunny yellows with lifestyle photography to instantly convey a sense of “vibrant and wholesome.” The hero statement (“Bright food, fresh flavor.”) pairs with a single primary CTA—Our Menu—so visitors can move from craving to ordering in one click. Subtle dotted borders and refined serif accents keep things polished yet approachable.

Book-Launch Waitlist Page for a Fantasy Debut

High-contrast design that spotlights the cover art and drives email sign-ups before release day.

To build buzz for The Enchanted Veil, I crafted a minimalist, dark-mode landing page featuring the cover front and center. A bold headline invites readers to “Be the first to know,” with a friction-free email field and CTA button. Sliding blurbs at the footer tease advance praise, adding social proof without cluttering the clean layout.

Playful Author Website That Feels Like Story Time

Bright colors, chunky buttons, and interactive book tiles invite young readers (and parents) to explore.

This site needed to match Lydia Belle’s whimsical picture books, so I leaned into illustrated graphics and a modular, tap-friendly layout. Each section—Books, About, Get in Touch—opens with a friendly hover effect, and the book shelf page pairs fun shelf “spines” with direct buy links. The vibe is cheerful and intuitive, perfect for grown-ups browsing on tablets with little ones.

Custom Financial Dashboard for a Creative Business

A pastel-themed, spreadsheet dashboard that turns raw numbers into real clarity.

This dashboard was designed for a creative client who wanted simple visuals, not just spreadsheets. I organized sales and expenses across categories, added automated monthly profit/loss views, and built clean graphs to track profitability over time. Navigation buttons and tab callouts keep things intuitive, while soft colors and custom formatting help keep the numbers approachable. It’s financial clarity—without the overwhelm.

Software Subscription Tracker for a SaaS Startup

Designed to monitor renewals, reduce waste, and support smarter budgeting.

This tracker helped a lean startup finally get a handle on its growing list of software subscriptions. I built a color-coded Google Sheet with monthly renewal views, cost breakdowns, and tags by department and license type. With built-in filters and visual cues for upcoming renewals, it cut through the chaos and helped leadership make faster, more informed decisions about tools, spending, and usage across the team.
